1. Introduction

Welcome to GLandNav Tractor GPS Guidance System ("GLandNav", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application. These Terms comply with applicable laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Description of Service

GLandNav Tractor GPS Guidance System is a precision tool for tractor and machinery operators, designed to enhance efficiency in planting, tilling, harvesting, and all agricultural tasks. Our app provides GPS guidance, field mapping, area measurement, and other features to assist in agricultural operations.

3. User Accounts and Data Processing

Some features of our application may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Data Processing and Your Rights

By creating an account, you consent to our processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Under GDPR, you have the right to:

4. Subscription and Payments

GLandNav offers various subscription options, including a 7-day free trial, monthly subscription, annual subscription, and lifetime premium access. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Interfere with or disrupt the application or servers or networks connected to the application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the application
• Use the application in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it

6. Intellectual Property

The application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by GLandNav and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APPLICATION OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GLANDNAV, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR APPLICATION, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GLandNav, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the application.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws. Our data processing activities are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including:

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion. Upon termination, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

Data Retention After Termination

After account termination, we may retain certain data for legitimate business purposes or legal compliance, including transaction records, usage analytics (anonymized), and data required for legal obligations.
